View - Sarikei 1990

Sarikei 1990

This is not a very clear picture. It's probably taken from the water tank tower or a helicopter. Three of the 4 main arteries are shown here: Rejang River at the top leading to Sibu, Nyelong River (Bo Leh Kan in Hokkien) on the right and Repok Road in the middle. Sarikei River on the left is not shown here. I will post more bird's eye views of Sarikei soon.

Find the old & new Catholic churches, St Anothony's Secondary School, St Anne's Primary School and St Clement's Kindergarten in the foreground. Are there any readers from these schools? Check out the majestic Civic Centre in the background which has been built on the padang (soccer field).

Fred: I hv asked Blogger Help to fix the FireFox browser issue as I'm not an expert. Response is slow from them.
